jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Rumah Pertiwi is participating in the Kriyanusa 2023 exhibition under the theme ‘Tali Kasih Pertiwi for Jakarta, Creating for Nusantara’ at JCC, Jakarta, on Wednesday (September 13).
Rumah Pertiwi is an initiative by Pertiwi Indonesia to accommodate aspirations and appreciation for showcasing MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) products.
Pertiwi Indonesia is an organization of women dedicated to enhancing the quality and empowerment of Indonesian women in families and society.

"The initiatives and programs launched by Pertiwi Indonesia aim to preserve the diverse and rich cultural heritage while responding to modern lifestyles, economic conditions, and socio-cultural dynamics. This serves as the foundation for Rumah Pertiwi’s participation in the Kriyanusa 2023 Nusantara Craft Exhibition,” said Putri Kus Wisnu Wardhani, Honorary Council Member of Pertiwi Indonesia.
"Kriyanusa 2023 is part of a larger framework of culture-based industries, which play a crucial role in supporting and distinguishing Indonesia’s tourism sector. The exhibition also involves many MSME entrepreneurs, who drive the grassroots economy,” added the Presidential Advisory Council member.
Rumah Pertiwi highlights the richness of wastra, Indonesia’s traditional textiles, which remain timeless as part of the nation's ancestral legacy. The exhibit features jelujur embroidery from Pesawaran, Lampung, beautifully combined with Betawi motifs, creating a strong visual representation of Indonesian culture.
