KONTAN.CO.ID – In commemoration of its 44th anniversary, the National Craft Council (Dekranas) held a social service event by distributing 500 affordable basic food packages to the community as a form of social concern amid rising food and staple prices.
The Chairperson of the National Craft Council (Dekranas), Wury Ma’ruf Amin, in her speech at the 44th Dekranas Anniversary Social Service event at Rumah Kriya Asri/Dekranas Headquarters, Jakarta, on Sunday (3/3/2024), stated that Dekranas has been a pillar of craft development in Indonesia since its establishment in 1980 and has grown to become an inspiration in encouraging creativity, innovation, and progress for artisans.
“The 44-year journey of Dekranas cannot be just a ceremonial celebration.
